Stealing From Family Not Such A Good Idea

A Truckee resident is in custody for allegedly stealing items from family members over an extended period of time. Truckee Police Sergent Robert Womack says that David Tobias age 34 was arrested after family members could no longer handle the issue on their own.

Sgt Womack says a number of personal items had been taken including a gun.

Tobias was also charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
