Supervisor Beason Not to Run for 4th Term

Nevada County First District Supervisor Nate Beason announced today that he will not be seeking reelection to a fourth term of office.

Beason says he is proud of the accomplishments the Board has been able to achieve.

Beason also said in a press release, “It’s a privilege to serve the residents of the First District and Nevada County overall. I will continue to work hard for them until the end of my term.” The end of his term is December of 2016. Heidi Hall, who unsuccessfully ran for Congress last year, has announced she will be running for Beason’s seat in District One.
