Another proceeding on the plea status is scheduled for October 16th. Hall was arrested after a report of a non-injury, minor damage, two-vehicle accident in the parking lot of Condon Park in Grass Valley on June 3rd. Police say Hall had slow speech and was unsteady on her feet. This is Hall’s first offense.
