Supervisor Hall In Court Again On DUI Charges

It’s been about 4 months since a Nevada County supervisor was arrested on DUI charges. Heidi Hall made another court appearance Monday regarding her plea status. And Assistant County D-A Chris Walsh says Hall’s attorney is challenging the blood-alcohol level that was recorded at over point-2-oh, which is more than twice the legal limit. Another proceeding on the plea status is scheduled for October 16th. Hall was arrested after a report of a non-injury, minor damage, two-vehicle accident in the parking lot of Condon Park in Grass Valley on June 3rd. Police say Hall had slow speech and was unsteady on her feet. This is Hall’s first offense.
