Supervisor Heidi Hall Arrested for DUI

Grass Valley police arrested Nevada County Supervisor, Heidi Hall Saturday night on a charge of DUI after she backed her car into a parked vehicle at Condon Park in Grass Valley. The reporting party told Grass Valley police that Hall appeared to be intoxicated. When Police arrived officers asked her to execute a series of field sobriety tests and she complied. Based on the outcome, she was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and booked into the Wayne Brown Correctional Facility  at 11:43 pm. She since has posted her 5-thousand dollar bond on the misdemeanor DUI charge. Hall is the newest supervisor on the Nevada county Board.  She represents District 1  which includes Nevada City, Banner Mountain, Cascade Shores, and Deer Creek.
