Residents in the southern part of Nevada County have an opportunity to hear from their Supervisor as well as a number of other county officials. Thursday evening Supervisor Ed Scofield is hosting a Town Hall style meeting at the Higgins Lions Community Center on East Hacienda Drive beginning at 6:00 PM.

Tyler Barrington will address zoning issues in the District, Greg Shaffer will talk about code compliance and Joshua Pack from the Engineering Department will speak to some of the road projects scheduled for the area.

Supervisor Scofield says District 2 is an active district with a lot of things going on so the meeting will be very informative.
The Town Hall meeting at the Lions Community Center begins at 6:00 PM and Scofield thinks it should be done by 8:00. Each speaker will give a short presentation and then there will be an opportunity for questions.
