Scofield to Seek Third Term on County Board

Nevada County District Two Supervisor Ed Scofield has announced he will be seeking a third term next year. Scofield says he enjoys being on the board and says there’s plenty of work to keep doing, citing the medical marijuana ordinance as one of the board’s accomplishments, and a possible state marijuana initiative next year that could affect the area locally. Scofield’s district is the South County, including Alta Sierra and Lake of the Pines. He says he’s like to see some business growth there…
