Suspect Arrested at Truckee Agricultural Checkpoint

Drivers heading through Truckee on westbound Interstate 80 are used to slowing down and stopping briefly at the Agriculture Checkpoint before continuing towards Donner Summit. Early Sunday morning CHP officers witnessed something a bit out of the ordinary. Public Information Officer, Peter Mann says a vehicle stopped short of passing through the station.

At that point the male driver took off and a chase ensued.

During the investigation it was determined that the male subject, Morgan Larsen 29 of Tahoe Vista, had caused  injury to the female so he was taken into custody for alleged domestic violence, making terrorist threats, and evading a peace officer.

I am happy fo hear for once, the cops got a guy who hurts women while he traps her in his car, with no where to go. Thank you brave policemen.

I think he made a bad stop while driving & fighting with the girl. I hope he gets what he deserves, his bad karma. Girl my heart goes out to you.
