Suspect Arrested for Allegedly Stealing iPad

A transient is in custody after a store surveillance system caught him stealing an Apple iPad, on Friday. Grass Valley Police Sergeant Steve Johnson says security cameras at Radio Shack on McKnight Way caught 37 year old transient Chad Roylance on video tape removing the iPad from one of the display cases.

Roylance-to-KNCOLate Sunday night Roylance was found walking in Grass Valley and taken into custody for suspicion of the theft and a warrant for his arrest. Investigators are trying to recover the iPad.
