Suspect Arrested for Second Time Within Days

Another case of alleged domestic violence led to the arrest of a suspect for the second time within days of each other.
Nevada County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of a dispute at approximately 4 in the afternoon Wednesday to the residence of a Brandon Folgleman.*

Undersherrif Salivar  said after further investigation officers took Brandon Fogleman into custody for alleged felony domestic violence and committing a felony on bail from a previous arrest for burglary.
