Suspect Arrested in BerryHill Apartment After Fleeing Grass Valley Police

A Suspect with two outstanding warrants was taken into custody by Grass Valley Police last (Sunday) Night after attempting to elude officers.

Grass Valley Police Lt. Alex Gammelgard says the vehicle, driven by 23 year old Anthony Ray Brantley of Grass Valley, slowed on Rockwood Drive, but then he bailed out and fled in the direction of the Berryhill apartments.

As the officers were out on foot they heard a male yelling for the occupants to let him in to their apartment.

Brantley is facing charges of Driving on a suspended licence, Resisting,Delaying or Obstructing a police officer and on two outstanding warrants for failure to appear.
