Suspect In Alleged Girl Harassment Pleads

After being found mentally competent, a man arrested about a year ago for allegedly grabbing and terrorizing a 10-year-old girl at a Grass Valley park has pleaded guilty to one reduced charge. In September, Stevens was sent to a mental hospital in Napa, after his competency had been questioned several times. The girl says she hit Stevens with her trumpet case and took off.
