Suspect May Be Known To Law Enforcement

Law Enforcement is still trying to identify a suspect who fled from deputies Monday evening. Nevada County Sheriff’s Lieutenant Alicia Milhous says investigators are still working to identify the suspect who sprayed a deputy with gas at the Alta Sierra gas station. When investigators searched the suspects car, they found identification belonging to several different people.

The suspect fled into the Stinson Drive area near Alta Sierra. A CHP helicopter was used to help locate the suspect. At this time the suspect is still on the loose and has not been identified.
