Suspect Re-Arrested After Short Foot Chase

A suspect thought he could out run a deputy but found out differently as he ended up with a ride back to jail. Sunday afternoon a sheriff deputy on patrol in the North San Juan area spotted two male subjects in front of a residence on Sweetland Rd.

Woodruff,-Joseph-1The deputy recognized the fleeing male as 30 year Joseph Woodruff.

Woodruff was taken into custody for a violation of probation, resisting arrest, and two outstanding warrants.
