Tassone says officers then found about one pound of marijuana that had been packaged for sale in Hightower’s car. Charges also include felony probation and parole violations that can mean prison time for Hightower.

So why don't we simply make him do the time again for driving under the influence. make him sit in prison about 30 years for each time he continues to break the law.

Did I read this article right?? He has a history of DUI's and is not in prison??? luckily he didn't kill one of the children at this school? Send this idiot to prison for the rest of his life and get him off our roads, he can see how he likes breaking the rules and laws of prison life.
