Suspected Flasher Arrested in Grass Valley

A man suspected of exposing himself at a area business, did not want to talk with the police. Grass Valley Police Sergeant Clint Bates says officer responded to the front of Kmart, Friday morning. Sergeant Bates says 24 year old David Forkner of Nevada City was contacted, and immediately fighting with the responding officer. He says several more officers arrived and the fight continued.

Sergeant Bates says the Tazer was ineffective and pepper spray was used. Forkner was finally taken into custody. He was taken to Sierra Nevada Hospital to be checked before being booked into the jail.   None of the officer received serious injury.
