Suspicious Behavior Draws Deputy’s Attention

A man suspected of possessing methamphetamine tried to hide behind a tree. Nevada County Sheriff’s Lieutenant Alicia Milhous says a Deputy saw a Ford Mustang parked next to the road on Bennett Street near Brunswick, Tuesday morning. A man was seen twenty-five feet down the embankment. The Lieutenant says the man was burying or digging up something, behind a tree. When the Deputy called to the man, the suspect fled.

When Vadoninos Pascacio was captured he allegedly had several grams of methamphetamine on him. When the Deputy checked the location the man had been digging several more grams of suspected meth and scales were found. Pascacio was taken into custody for several charges related to the drugs and fleeing from the deputy.
