SYRCL Hosts River Cleanup Day

SYRCL River People Manager Jenn Tamo (TAY-mo) is coordinating the event, which will include school groups, businesses, and organizations along the north, middle, and south forks of the river, and also the Bear River and many local creeks. Tamo says they will be hauling out all kinds of garbage…

The cleanup will run from 9am to 1pm, followed by a volunteer appreciation barbeque at South Yuba River State Park at Bridgeport from 1 to 4.
