Syringe Caught Police Attention

A Grass Valley man forgot to put his drug paraphernalia were police could not see it. Grass Valley Police Sergeant Joe Matteoni says officers responded to a report of a passed out man in a car Saturday afternoon on Buena Vista Avenue. The Sergeant says when the officers arrived the man was getting out of his car with a syringe in his hand.

20 year old Arthur Sierras of Grass Valley was taken into custody for suspicion of drug possession and narcotics paraphernalia.
