The knife was a single blade folding buck knife. The marijuana totaled over 6.5 ounces as was packaged in equal sized increments and was apparently for sale.
Naillon was taken into custody for assault with a deadly weapon and possession of marijuana for sale.
The second women suspect connected to Naillon is still under investigation.

This is just ridiculous - ellyessa has helped the community of Tahoe, more than any police officer in the area. She is loved by the community very much, and the marijuana she was carrying was actually mine. And she should face 0 charges and no criminal punishment at all. Ellyessa took the knife from another gal, who was scared of the older man as well. Shame on you placer county, this is nonsense.
