Tucker says the IRS is providing this additional relief, based on the recent FEMA decision to end the incident period for this disaster declaration on October 25th. By law, the IRS must provide relief until at least 60 days after the end of that period…

The extension also includes Placer, Plumas, Lassen, Tehama and Trinity counties.
