Teen Rescued in Foresthill

A teenage boy fell 250 feet while working behind a market in the Foresthill area. According to Placer County Sheriff Lt John Poretti
deputies responded to the call around 1:30 PM. Apparently the boy had been helping to move a table when he lost his footing and went over the side of a steep hill. A CHP H-20 helicopter was called to assist with the rescue.

The boy was conscious and talking, but had visible lacerations on his head and leg.
