Terry Lamphier self-surrenders to the Nevada County Jail

Former Nevada County Supervisor Terry Lamphier turned himself in to authorities this morning. He was arrested, booked, and released on three counts of possession of digital obscene images of a person under 18. Lamphier was arraigned on those charges yesterday. He was not in court, but his attorney entered a not-guilty plea on his behalf. Lamphier had until Friday morning to report to the Wayne Brown Correctional Facility for booking. His next scheduled court appearance is February 23.
