The Holiday Weekend Approaches

It will be a long week. Not because I am looking forward so much to the holiday weekend but because my youngest is off to 6th grade science camp this week. It is the longest we have ever been apart. Frankly, I am more concerned then he seems to be. He was laughing at me this morning, with all my cautions for his safety this morning.

My husband goes on his annual Michigan trip later this week, so it will be me and my teenager for a day or 2. This means bad movies, bad food and eating, standing up in the kitchen, out of containers. I can’t wait.
