The Story of Wolf Creek

The Wolf Creek Community Alliance is pleased to present a sneak preview screening of the new documentary “A Creek Runs Through It”, telling the ongoing story of the Wolf Creek Parkway.

Jonathan Keehn is, President of the Wolf Creek Alliance Board of Directors and also a co-founder of the alliance to protect Wolf Creek.

Wolf Creek is about 23 miles long and covers 53 acres of land, entirely located in Nevada County.

This film is a collaboration between Nevada City film maker Terra Nyssa (NEE-sa) and Bruce Herring, the WCCA Parkway Steward. Following the film, both Terra and Bruce will be on hand to answer questions about their film and the Parkway project.

Refreshments will be provided. A donation is suggested. This presentation will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2014, from 6:30-­-8p.m. at the Unitarian Universalist Church, 246 South Church Street, Grass Valley , in the heart of Wolf Creek Watershed!
