Third-Lowest Teen Birth Rate For Nevada Co

The teen birth rate in Nevada County continues to drop, along with the rest of the state, to record-low levels, for 2014, the latest numbers available. The rate here is now 9-point-8 per-thousand, which is the third-lowest in California, tied with El Dorado County. Placer County now has the lowest rate in the state, at about 6 per-thousand. Marin County is second, at about 8 per-thousand.
