Third Suspect in Smoke Shop Robbery Arrested

It may be awhile before the third suspect in The Smoke Shop robbery and police chase is brought back to Nevada County, but he is behind bars in the Bay Area. Grass Valley Police Captain Steve Johnson says you may remember the chase that started in Nevada County January 3, and proceeded through four counties before two of the suspects were caught on Truxel Road in Sacramento…

Vicente is still being held in Alameda County. Johnson says even though it may be awhile before he is brought back to Nevada County, he won’t be committing any more crimes…

32 year-old James Sandoval and 31 year-old Joseph Sandoval were arrested after the chase ended. The robbery happened the previous day.
