Threat with a Shovel Leads To Arrest

On Wednesday, November 14, Grass Valley police responded to call on Melissa Court involving a disturbance. Upon arrival, Captain Rex Marks, says  officers identified a known suspect, Kevin Lamar Kuhn, 49 who appeared intoxicated.

the two truck driver was apparently attempting to claim a vehicle parked at Kuhn’s residence that was not Kuhn’s.

Kuhn was taken into custody without further incident. The incident remains under investigation as there had allegedly been an ongoing dispute over several days involving Kuhn.
