Three Arrested On Pot Meth and Heroin Charges

One of the suspects is from Grass Valley, 32-year-old Jessica Henkel. The other two are from Sacramento: 33-year-old Robert Tabarez and 32-year-old Anthony Vigil. Charges include drug possession and transporting drugs for sale.
