Moon says the vehicles were seized at the Jones Ridge Road property, which also had about 270 marijuana plants under cultivation and numerous pieces of paraphenalia that deputies believed to be related to methamphetamine. A butane honey oil lab was busted at the Ryan’s Ranch Road property. She says it was part of an ongoing investigation being conducted by the Drug Task Force..

The Highway Patrol also assisted. 39-year-old Daniel Goin of Orangevale was arrested for operating lab. 30-year-old Kimberly Lumpkins of Grass Valley was taken into custody for possession of the stolen vehicles and drug paraphenalia. And 42-year-old Jason Dillon, also from Grass Valley, was arrested for two outstanding felony warrants and two outstanding misdemeanor warrants.

One has to WTF when Mr. Dillon was busted a year ago July with "major mounts of hard drugs", "56 grams of methamphetamine and 25 grams of heroin…" according to KNCO.
Why is he not in prison now?
He is the kind of person we pay the DA to remove from our community.
