While investigating that incident, Matteoni says officers were then dispatched to the Springhill Pharmacy, on Dorsey Drive, for a burglar alarm activation. One officer saw someone driving away and he was pulled over, with two other occupants, on East Main Street near Hughes Road, for several vehicle code violations. Matteoni says the occupants were wearing clothing that matched what the suspects in the Dokimos break-in were wearing. One of the suspects, 23-year-old Ramel Thurman, also had a warrant for his arrest for a recent burglary in Sacramento, and was also on probation after a burglary conviction…

Thurman was arrested, along with 30-year-old Alfredo Arauza, and a 16-year-old boy whose name is being withheld, because of his age.
