Stand With Tom Fitzsimmons

For 31 years, Tom Fitzsimmons has been more than just a familiar voice on KNCO Radio. He's been a friend, a neighbor, and an important part of the Nevada County community. Through his years on the air, Tom has shared countless stories, conversations, laughs, and memories with all of us. His dedication to our community and the people who call it home has made him a beloved voice that so many of us have come to know and appreciate.

As many listeners know, Tom has been courageously battling stage 4 prostate cancer for 5 years. Now he is facing some major medical procedures that will require him to step away from the microphone for approximately four to five months. While his voice will be greatly missed on the air, our biggest priority is helping Tom focus on his health and recovery without the added stress of financial worries.
