Toy and Food Run will Block Traffic Tomorrow

The 22nd Annual Nevada County Food and Toy run will bring  hundreds of motorcycle riders   to Nevada City tomorrow morning bearing food and toys for local children and families.Toy Run founder Thom Staser says the motorcycles will leave the Rood Center at Noon  .

The motorcycle parade will be lead and followed by Nevada County Sheriffs deputies and police in Nevada City and Grass Valley will have to roads blocked off for the motorcycles to safely move in one line to the Fairgrounds.

The public is also invited to come to the fairgrounds and watch the children and families as they receive their gifts.  they will be in the northern mines building at the fairgrounds.

The Toy Run is done is a benefit for Children of Big Brothers Big Sisters and Head Start and their families.
