Bird says it was determined that the 38-year-old Dolan was under the influence of drugs and was arrested…

Bird says they also found that Dolan was a felon in possession of pepper spray and was on probation in Sonoma County. He says she was moving back to Nevada County to live. Dolan was booked on six felony drug-related charges, as well as a misdemeanor DUI charge.
