Three men from Ohio arrested for allegedly transporting marijuana from California back to their home state. The three finding themselves in custody following a traffic stop. CHP Officer Michael McDonnell says the vehicle was clocked at 78 MPH as it passed through Truckee.
The officer asked for IDs from the three occupants and discovered all were from out of state.
At that point the officer conducted a probable cause search of the vehicle.
The three occupants, Kenneth Leslie, Mamadou Ndoye, and Maudo Sallah were taken into custody and booked for Possession of more than an ounce of marijuana, possession for sale, transport for sale, and conspiracy to commit a crime.
