Another carload of out-of-state passengers passing through Truckee is caught transporting a load of marijuana back to their home state. Thursday afternoon a Truckee CHP officer monitoring east bound traffic at the base of Donner Summit spotted a Hyundai sedan with a GPS devise mounted in the center of the windshield which is a vehicle code violation in California. The officer conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle a short distance away.
