Bob

It is well overdue for a fix. All bicycles on any highway road ave street and even in some other non-specific locations need to be licensed and insured. They cause damage and do not obey the traffic laws that are meant for all vehicles on the pavement. This does not exclude bicycles. Bicycle riders do not obey the laws.
They need to be enforced and cited when braking any law.
Would like a reply from Keith Royal and the CHP on this.
