36 year-old Lawrence Henslee of Grass Valley was the driver of the vehicle, and was found to be on parole, and also in possession of methamphetamine, suspected black tar heroin, and drug paraphernalia. The passenger, 24 year-old Tanner McCann of Marysville was in possession of suspected heroin, and prescription pills that were not his. Tassone says the two also had burglary tools, including night vision goggles, and bolt cutters…

Also the vehicle was stolen, and the two had stolen license plates from the state of Oregon.
