Two Arrested in Idaho-Maryland Road Bust

Dugan was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance, posession of a controlled substance for sale, being armed in commission of a felony, and being a felon in possession of a firearm. Several marijuana plants were located, so Dugan was also charged with illegal marijuana cultivation. There was a woman at the residence. Royal says she was found not to be involved. She was detained, and then released.
