Two Arrests After Head-On Crash In Grass Valley

Kimbrough says officers soon after found the driver, 37-year-old Scott Smith, who admitted to have been drinking before failing a sobriety test. He was arrested for driving under the influence and with a suspended license, as well as hit and run. There were no injuries from the accident.
