Mattioni says 28-year-old Robert Angove of Grass Valley and 34-year-old Justin Montgomery of Auburn were both on probation. A search of the car uncovered bolt and wire cutters, as well as methamphetamine. Angove is charged with five felonies, including burglary and meth possession. A knife was also found on him. Montgomery is charged with four felonies, including burglary and committing a felony while on bail. He was also arrested about a month ago, in the Dark Horse area of the county, for stealing a number of items.
