Kimbrough says he was identified as 22-year-old Conner Cicogni and was also on probation, wearing an ankle bracelet. Some of the stolen items were also found on him. Kimbrough says Cicogni has been arrested 9 times in Grass Valley since April, also including drug-related charges. He’s now charged with 5 additional felonies. Later that night, Street was also taken into custody and charged with 3 felonies.
