Two Bikers Arrested After Both Crashing into Car

Two motorcyclists have been sent to jail after both crashed into a car while under the influence. It happened at about 5 o’clock Sunday afternoon. C-H-P Officer Greg Tassone says both bikers were driving at a high rate of speed westbound on McCourtney Road approaching Lime Kiln Road, failed to negotiate a curve, and then both motorcyclists hit an oncoming car…

An investigation at the scene determined that both were under the influence of alcohol. Tassone says despite being on separate motorcycles, both bikers were acting the same way…

Both motorcyclists are from Oroville. 54 year-old John Oliver was taken to Sutter Roseville Hospital and will be charged at a later date. 59 year-old Larry Payne was checked out at Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital, and then booked into the Wayne Brown Correctional Facility.
