Royal says the second suspect was arrested a short while later, with some information from an area resident. The two suspects are identified as 21-year-old Jorge Martinez of Yuba City and 18-year-old Francisco Ramirez, whose town of origin was not available. Royal says a CHP helicopter also assisted in the search.
