Two Crashes Thursday on Golden Center Freeway

A couple of nasty accidents in Grass Valley in less than 24 hours. One closed the Golden Center Freeway for over an hour when a trailer with construction equipment overturned in the southbound lanes near Dorsey Drive. That happened after 6pm with the freeway open again before 8. And only minor injuries reported yesterday afternoon when a car went off the roadway northbound on Highway 49 near McKnight Way. The vehicle was on it’s side on the top of an embankment.
