Royal says Robert Angove and Landon Kehn, both 28, already had warrants out for their arrests regarding a vehicle break-in at the Taco Shell in Penn Valley, the day before. He says the suspects took credit cards and about 650 dollars, and had also been seen on a video surveillance camera trying to make a purchase at the True Value Hardware store in Grass Valley. Angove has a prior arrest history, including for allegedly breaking into a tow yard in Grass Valley. Kehn was charged, about a year ago, with assaulting a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.
