Royal says Robert Angove and Landon Kehn, both 28, already had warrants out for their arrests regarding a vehicle break-in at the Taco Shell in Penn Valley, the day before. He says the suspects took credit cards and about 650 dollars, and had also been seen on a video surveillance camera trying to make a purchase at the True Value Hardware store in Grass Valley.
