A major traffic backup, due to a three-vehicle accident on Highway 49, just south of La Barr Meadows Road late this (Tues.) morning. Ingolsby was last reported to be in “serious” condition, along with Dutra. The tow truck driver was not injured.  There were no other passengers in the vehicles, just the drivers. But two dogs were also involved, with one or both in the car that triggered the accident. They also were not injured.The northbound lanes were blocked for about 45 minutes.
