Two Major Injuries From DUI Solo Crash On Hwy 49

Tassone says Cotter and her male passenger, Addison Moore of Placerville, also 23 years old, were pinned inside what WAS a brand new KIA owned by Moore. Both had to be extricated…

Tassone says Cotter, who is last reported to be in “serious” condition, has already been arrested on assorted felony DUI charges, including for causing great bodily injury to Moore, who is last reported to be in “critical” condition. Cotter also didn’t have a license to give the officer.
