Personally as a Human Being that worked in Hospitals...i can honestly say that until this is more cleared up MANDATORY covering of the Faces of EVERYONE that is in ANY building of ANY kind or in ANY area of Public spaces i.e Parks or even busy Public shared streets SHOULD be courteous & cover up...while i agree there is no guarantee that it can definitely stop it...i can tell You from working in hospitals that covering up HELPS & those that refuse NEED to ask themselves...would You like a Dr. OR Denist to work on You (i.e surgery etc) without gloves or a protective "mask"? As a person that has had Pnemonia my Lungs are "sensitive" & when those that choose NOT to wear a mask are out & about consider this while I'm uncomfortable with my "cover ups" out of CARRING about the POTENTIAL to help spread ANY TYPE of contagion it would be LOVELY if others shared in consideration of other People in OUR SHARED Community & if those that continue to show a real LACK of consideration continue to be so careless of Others... then the Mayors should enact or the "representative" of Nevada County should enforce everyone to cover up for the sake of ALL those that have compromised Immune Systems. CARE Infinite???
