Two Plus Pounds Of Meth Found in Birthday Gift

Somebody is probably upset they are not going to receive a birthday gift from a couple that was stopped in Auburn for a vehicle violation. Placer County Sheriff Information Officer Dena Erwin says a deputy that happened to have a narcotics dog on board when he stopped the vehicle found an item of interest after discovering the driver was on searchable probation.

Owen is being held on $280,000 bail and Bastin’s bail is set at $250,000
