Two Women With Grass Valley Ties Arrested Truckee

Five arrests, including two with Grass Valley ties, after a one-day theft and burglary spree in Truckee. Police Sergeant Robert Womack says 29-year-old Brittany Nash and 23-year-old Kelsey Ewing were involved in stealing from an estimated 6 to 8 victims, including the Prosser Lakeview and Tahoe Donner subdivisions…

Womack says all the vehicles were unlocked. A witness helped detain another suspect, 20-year-old Lourene Walter of Truckee. Also arrested was another 20-year-old resident from Truckee, Jonathan Nash, and 54-year-old Ronald Cochran, from Kings Beach. Brittany Nash was also arrested in Grass Valley, in March, on drug and false impersonation charges. Ewing has four recent arrests, also related to drugs and thefts.
